From beach series

Boys in Indonesia salvaging scrap in the hunt for nickel, based on a newspaper image. This is how the etching evolved with several layers of aquatint.

Monoprints

War Memorial, Berlin

This is an etching series of four prints that I did a few years ago. Soviet war memorial, Treptower Park, in Berlin. Featuring my friends in the third print. 

It is a statue of a soldier with a child, to commemorate the 80,000 Soviet soldiers who died during the battle of Berlin in April and May 1945.

Collagraphs. When I recently went back to printmaking at Morley Colleage, I embarked on another series of collagraphs, using cereal boxes and other packaging, playing around with logos and well-known brands.

A selection of work created over the years, starting when I was a teenager with the dancer on the ball, inspired by Picasso's 1905 oil painting Young acrobat on a ball, also known as girl on a ball.
